Terms of Service
The standard terms and conditions governing your use of the Zalveriq platform and services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Zalveriq domain registration, business email, Sellora online stores or developer tools (“Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 16 years of age or possess legal parental consent to create an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API tokens, and all activities that occur under your account.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Zalveriq to violate any applicable local, national, or international laws. Prohibited activities include distributing malware, launching denial-of-service attacks, engaging in phishing, spamming, or infringing on third-party intellectual property rights.
4. Domains, Subscriptions & Payments
Domain registrations and renewals, business email plans and Sellora subscriptions are paid services. Payments in BDT are processed by EPS and payments in USD by Stripe. Plans and domain registrations last for the period you paid for. If you turn on automatic renewal for a domain, you authorise us to charge your saved card for a one-year renewal 7 days before the domain expires, each year, until you turn it off in your dashboard. Domains are registered through our registrar partner and are subject to the rules of the registry for each extension.
5. Refunds
All payments to Zalveriq are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. This covers domain registrations and renewals, business email plans and Sellora subscriptions.
6. Service Availability
We work to keep the Services available, but they are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without a warranty of uninterrupted availability, for example during planned maintenance.
7. Termination
Zalveriq reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or present security threats to other users on the platform.
8. Modifications
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes your agreement to the modified terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Services is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
