The standard terms and conditions governing your use of the Zalveriq platform and services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Zalveriq cloud platform, developer tools, or Sellora e-commerce services (“Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 16 years of age or possess legal parental consent to create an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API tokens, and all activities that occur under your account.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Zalveriq to violate any applicable local, national, or international laws. Prohibited activities include distributing malware, launching denial-of-service attacks, engaging in phishing, spamming, or infringing on third-party intellectual property rights.
4. Subscriptions, Domains & Billing
Certain features, such as Sellora Store subscriptions and custom domain registrations, require recurring or one-time payment. All payments are processed through secure gateways (Stripe and EPS). Subscription renewals are billed automatically until cancelled.
5. Service Availability & SLA
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime across our edge deployment infrastructure. However, services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability during planned maintenance.
6. Termination
Zalveriq reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or present security threats to other users on the platform.
7. Modifications
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes your agreement to the modified terms.
