Online payments and withdrawals for Sellora stores

Turn on payment options in your store admin under Store Settings, then Payments. Online payments go to your Zalveriq store balance, stay Pending for a hold period, then become Available to withdraw.

Turn on payment options

  1. Open your store admin (click "Open Store" on My Stores) and click "Store Settings".
  2. Open the "Payments" tab.
  3. Under "Payment options at checkout", tick each option you want: "Pay full amount online", "Advance delivery charge", "Partial advance", "Product price online" and "Cash on Delivery".
  4. For "Partial advance", set the "Advance percentage (%)" between 1 and 99.
  5. Click "Save".
  • Optional: "Selected by default", an "Offer for paying in full online" (up to 50% off products, or free delivery), and "Hide Cash on Delivery above (৳)".
  • "Cancel unpaid online orders after (hours)" takes 1 to 168. Leave it empty for 24 hours.
  • Online payments go through PayStation: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or card. Customers need a Bangladeshi mobile number.
  • If no online option is on, or Zalveriq pauses online payments, checkout offers Cash on Delivery. Your settings are kept.

The platform fee

Zalveriq takes a platform fee from each online payment. Cash on Delivery orders have no platform fee. See your current rate, with an example, on Billing & Settlement (Store Finance, then Billing). Each payment keeps the fee that applied when it was made.

Transactions, then "Online payments", shows the "Platform fee" and "You receive" for each payment.

When the money is yours

A paid online order goes to Pending. After the hold days shown on Billing & Settlement, it moves to Available. This is checked every 15 minutes. The Pending card on the Balance page shows the next release date.

Add a payout method

  1. Open Payout Methods and click "Add payout method".
  2. Pick a type: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, "Bank transfer" or "NPSB (bank)".
  3. Fill in "Name for this method" and "Account holder name".
  4. Enter the number. bKash and Nagad: an 11-digit mobile number, like 01712345678. Rocket: 11 or 12 digits. Bank: a 6 to 20 digit account number and the bank name. "Bank transfer" also needs the branch and a 9-digit routing number.
  5. Click "Save payout method".

You cannot edit the number later. Add a new method instead. You get an email whenever payout methods change.

Withdraw your money

  1. On the Balance page, click "Withdraw". On the Withdrawals page, click "New withdrawal".
  2. Pick where to "Send to", enter the "Amount (৳)", and click "Request withdrawal".
  • The amount moves from Available to Reserved right away.
  • The minimum, and any maximum, is shown on Balance and on Billing & Settlement.
  • Zalveriq limits open withdrawals. At the limit you see "You already have a withdrawal in progress."
  • A closed store can withdraw its whole balance, even below the minimum.
  • Zalveriq reviews each request and sends the money by hand. You get an email each time the status changes.
  • Statuses go PENDING, UNDER REVIEW, APPROVED, PROCESSING, COMPLETED. If a request is REJECTED, FAILED, CANCELLED or REVERSED, the money returns to your balance. You can click "Cancel request" while it is PENDING.

Refunding a customer

Open Transactions, then "Online payments". Open the payment and click "Request refund". Zalveriq refunds the customer through PayStation, then takes the amount from your Available balance.
