How to pay for Zalveriq services
Pay in Bangladeshi taka (BDT) through EPS, or by card in US dollars (USD) through Stripe. All payments to Zalveriq are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund.

Which way you pay
- For domains and Sellora plans, the site currency picks the gateway. BDT uses EPS. Other currencies use Stripe.
- Domain orders in any currency other than BDT are charged in US dollars.
- For business email, choose on the order form: "EPS Gateway (bKash, Nagad, Cards)" or "Stripe (Credit / Debit Card)". EPS is shown only when the site currency is BDT.
- Prices can change. Check them before you pay: in domain search results and the "Order Summary" at checkout, on the Business Email page, and on the Sellora pricing page.
Paying with EPS (taka)
The checkout says you can pay with bKash, Nagad, Rocket or a Bangladeshi bank card. You finish the payment on the EPS payment page.
If you see "The EPS payment gateway is not responding right now", try again in a few minutes.
Domains are renewed manually: open the domain in your dashboard and click Renew domain before it expires. See the guide on renewing a domain.
Paying with Stripe (US dollars)
Stripe takes card payments only. The checkout lists Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and other international cards. You pay on the Stripe checkout page.
If your payment is pending
- Domain: the "Payment Verification in Progress" page checks the payment for you. Do not pay again. Click "Refresh Status" to check again.
- An unpaid domain order closes about one hour after you start checkout. First, Zalveriq asks the gateway again. If the money arrived, your order goes ahead. If not, you get an email that the order expired, and nothing is charged.
- Business email: the Business Email page says your payment is still being confirmed. Do not pay again. If the plan does not become active, contact support.
If your payment fails or you cancel
- Domain: the "Payment Failed" page shows the reason, and you get an email. The domain is not reserved for you. Click "Try again".
- If you cancel, the "Payment Cancelled" page says no charges were made.
- Business email: the page says "Payment did not go through" and that you have not been charged. An unpaid email order on the Orders page has a "Retry Payment" button.
See what you paid
Open Orders in your dashboard. If you also have a Sellora store, click "My purchases". It lists your paid domain orders and your business email orders, with the amount and the date paid. After a domain payment, you also get a "Payment received" email.
No refunds
All payments to Zalveriq are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. This covers domain registrations and renewals, business email plans and Sellora subscriptions.
Refunds that store owners give their own customers are a separate store feature.
